Last updated 2 November 2026

Find the Stuck is a free diagnostic run by BizFlow Partners in Lisbon, Portugal. We are the controller of the personal data described on this page. This is what we collect, why, who helps us handle it, and how you can get it removed.

What we collect

When you confirm, we also note on your list record where you signed up (the Find the Stuck start screen), the date and time you confirmed, and which version of the consent wording you saw. We keep this as proof of your consent.

We do not set cookies or use advertising or analytics trackers.

What stays on your device

Your answers in the diagnosis, and a small note that you have already signed up, are saved only in your own browser. They are not sent to us. If you clear your browser data, they are gone, and you will be asked for your email again.

Why we use your email, and our legal basis

We use it to send you the confirmation link and, once you confirm, the newsletter: occasional notes on finding and fixing what is stuck, and news about Find the Stuck. The basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box. You can withdraw it at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email, and that does not affect anything we did before.

Who else handles your data

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Your email stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After you unsubscribe we can keep a minimal record that you opted out, so that we do not email you again by mistake.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or give it to you in a portable form. You can also object to our use of it and withdraw your consent at any time. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt), or to the authority in your own country.
