1. Who runs Find the Stuck
Find the Stuck is run by BizFlow Partners in Lisbon, Portugal. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean BizFlow Partners. You can reach us at carmen@bizflowpartners.com.
By confirming your email and opening the diagnosis, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the tool.
2. What Find the Stuck is
Find the Stuck is a free self-diagnosis tool. You follow one customer through six stages of your business, mark each stage as flowing, leaking or broken, and the tool shows you where things look stuck and suggests next steps.
It is a thinking aid. It is not business, legal, financial, tax or other professional advice, and it does not replace a conversation with someone who knows your situation. The suggestions are general and are based only on the answers you give. You decide what to do with them.
3. No guarantee of results
We do our best to make the tool useful, but we cannot promise that it will find the real cause of a problem, that a suggested step will work for your business, or that your results will improve. You are responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take after using it.
4. Free to use, with the newsletter
The tool is free. In return, we ask for your email address and for you to agree to receive our newsletter. You give us your address, tick the box and confirm it through the link we email you. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email, and what we do with your data is described in our privacy policy.
The newsletter tick is part of how the free tool works today. If you unsubscribe later, we will stop emailing you, and you can still use the tool on the device where you already confirmed.
5. Using the tool fairly
Please use Find the Stuck for its purpose: looking at your own business or organisation. Please do not:
- use someone else's email address, or an address you cannot receive mail at;
- try to get around the email confirmation, the security check or any other protection;
- send automated requests, overload the service, or try to break into it;
- copy or resell the tool, its text or its design.
We may block access that looks like misuse.
6. Our content
The text, method and design of Find the Stuck belong to BizFlow Partners. You may use your own results for your own business, including printing or saving them. You may not publish or sell our content as your own without asking us first.
The answers you type are yours. They stay in your own browser and are not sent to us (see the privacy policy).
7. Our responsibility
We provide the tool as it is, and we may change it, pause it or stop it at any time. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on the tool's suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under the law that cannot be limited, or our responsibility where the law does not allow us to exclude it.
8. Other services
Other services from BizFlow Partners, including any paid membership or consulting, are separate and have their own terms.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If we cannot settle a disagreement between us, the courts of Portugal can decide it, without taking away any right you have to go to the courts where you live as a consumer.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the tool after a change, you accept the new version.
